Professional & Clinical Experience

Dr. Miller is a licensed Psychologist who has extensive clinical experience with all age ranges, backgrounds, and in a variety of settings including Juvenile Court, inpatient, outpatient, and day treatment services.

Dr. Miller has worked with children, adolescents, and families experiencing emotional problems for 30+ years.  Previous experience includes Director of Clinical Services for Hannah Neil Center/Willson Family & Child Guidance Clinic, Director of Inpatient Services for Hannah Neil Center For Children, Deputy Superintendent of Indianapolis Juvenile Center, and Executive Director for Western Ohio Youth Center.

Dr. Miller is a consultant to several Christian Schools in the Central Ohio area, and is willing to participate in seminars or other speaking engagements on a limited basis. Dr. Miller, and his wife– Dr. Joy Shields-Miller, frequently consult with missionaries from several countries; they have been privileged to make short term mission trips to several foreign countries
